Here's a really good card for you and I mean it. The way this card handles rewards is something you want and overall terms and costs are fair. You are not forced to choose between airline miles, goods and cash back, but instead you can redeem points on almost anything you want. If you're wondering about the best credit card, this could be it. Let's take a closer look now.
Good sides:
- Very good rewards flexibility
- Fair terms and costs
- Good APR
- Good member support for your Chase Sapphire
- As stated above, you're not limited to the usual travel rewards, but can also redeem for gift cards and select goods online
- If you book through Ultimate Rewards you get 2x on all airfare
- People that have good credit can expect the standard APR to be as low as 10.24%
Bad sides:
- 29.99% APR for defaulted account (not unusual behaviour, most creditors do this) - you want to keep your payments on time and you'll be fine
- There's no other major bad side that I've noticed, this is probably the best credit card of its type and that explains it
What it offers:
- No blackout dates
- 24/7 customer person and you get to talk to a real person
- If you're travelling, Emergency Card Replacement and Cash Access is available around the clock
- Concierge available to give you advices about the best hotels for you, even about the perfect gift you can get for someone special
- Many other small nice features - yes, I do like Chase Sapphire
Summary:
Rarely I was able to write about a card in such a positive fashion and Chase Sapphire deserves it. The way it hands out rewards and the choices it gives you is really good. Many nice extra features are available and working well. I do recommend this card and wish you good luck.
