Orchard Bank MasterCard is a credit card that you can get even if you have a poor credit rating. HSBC is issuing it so that gives you peace of mind and security because HSBC is a very trusted name in banking. Fees aren't too high either (for a poor credit rating card) and that makes it desirable. Depending on your credit rating you will be be approved for Orchard Bank Secured MasterCard, Orchard Bank Gold MasterCard, Orchard Bank Platinum MasterCard or Orchard Bank Prime MasterCard. Cards have online application.

Bad sides:
- Fees are average and not low and this is actually another good side because this is a credit card you can get with poor credit rating
- Perhaps a bit too many different fees, but again, this is understandable too
- Available only in USA

- Poor credit friendly, easy to get
- 24/7 online access to account and various other benefits
- You don't have to pay for unauthorized use (meaning peace of mind on the internet)
Summary
This is a very good choice for people with poor credit rating or average credit rating. Fees are reasonable and the big name of HSBC is issuing it, so you can have peace of mind. Perhaps one of the best choices for poor credit rating card.

A guy with nickname oldnavyspook wrote a comment that was too long to publish, but I will publish what I think is the summary here:
- he says customer service some time ago got transferred to a country where they don't speak english
- he has severe problems from being in the war (Vietnam) and they didn't care about that when he talked to them
- he, at one time, paid all his debts to them, but say that there were unexplainable fees that where high
- he refused to pay what they wanted him to pay and they refused to remove the "minuses" from his credit score
